Terms of Service

SmarterMoney.app is a budget planning and business expense tracking application operated by GoVerify Systems Limited. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the service.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the service. If you use the service for a company, team, or other organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for activity that occurs under your account or workspace.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing intervals, and plan details may vary by workspace type. Payments and subscription administration are handled via Stripe.

By starting a paid subscription, you authorise the applicable recurring charges unless and until the subscription is cancelled.

We may offer a trial period for certain plans. Unless otherwise stated, trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial if not cancelled before renewal.

You can cancel renewal through the Stripe billing portal or other billing controls made available in the service. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise.

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered in line with applicable law, the circumstances of the charge, and any commitments stated on our billing pages. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

You must not misuse the service. This includes attempting to:

• Access accounts, systems, or data without permission.
• Interfere with the service, infrastructure, security, or other users.
• Upload unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content.
• Reverse engineer or exploit the service except where law clearly permits it.

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, outages, or third-party failures may affect availability from time to time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoVerify Systems Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability will be limited to amounts paid by you for the service in the relevant period giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot legally be excluded, including any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to GoVerify Systems Limited, subject to any mandatory local consumer protections that apply to you.
