Billing & Cancellation

Paid plans for SmarterMoney.app are billed on a recurring subscription basis. Plan pricing and billing cadence may vary depending on whether the workspace is for family or business use.

Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions renew automatically for the next billing period using the payment method on file through Stripe.

You can cancel renewal through the Stripe billing portal or other billing controls available in the service. In most cases, cancellation stops future renewals and the service remains available until the end of the current paid period.

If a trial is offered, it is intended to let you evaluate the service before a paid plan begins. Unless otherwise stated, the subscription may automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable law and any commitments stated at the point of sale. Nothing here affects any mandatory consumer refund rights you may have.

Payments, subscription renewals, saved payment methods, invoices, and billing portal actions are handled via Stripe. Stripe's own terms and privacy information apply to payment processing.
