Account help
Use the login and password reset flows if you cannot access your account. If you can already sign in, use the in-app settings pages to update your password and review workspace details.
Family and business workspaces each keep their own settings, onboarding, and help surfaces so support steps may differ by workspace type.
Billing help
Payments and subscription changes are handled through Stripe. Family and business billing pages show workspace status, while checkout, saved payment methods, renewals, and billing portal actions are processed by Stripe.
